It’s close to Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Scholls Ferry intersection allowing for easy access to the 26, downtown and multiple bus lines. Not far from downtown Beaverton, Washington Square Mall, Gabriel Park and Multnomah Village, and 15 minutes from OHSU.
Rent is $925 per month which includes water, trash, misc, wifi, Amazon Prime and bi-monthly cleaning service of shared spaces. Does not include half of electric which would run you $50 -$100 per month depending on the season. Security deposit of $500 is required.
