There are four bedrooms. One bedroom is for rent. It is 10 by 12 beautifully furnished right next to a shared bathroom . There are four people who share the house. There is a huge family room with a T V , shared kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cupboard and refrigerator space for food. There is also a second refrigerator in the garage. There is a washer and dryer on site, wifi, street parking right in front of the house. We are 10 .minutes from the Vallejo ferry to San Francisco and the transbay bus station and 20 minutes drive from El. Cerito Bart. High ways and shopping are close and convenient . We are looking for a stable roommate male or female with a job and own transportation. We are friendly easy to get along with and kind. No drugs, marijuana, pets, overnight visitors or problem drinkers. References required. First 30 days is to see if we are a fit for each other.
