About the room
I am a landlord and I bought my home as a single mother and therefore when I married and moved, wanted it to remain as a house to those in need could call home without having to pay insane amounts of rent. This is a great corner lot home on in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. It is close to Rowlett, great restaurants and schools. There is an attached garage, large front and back yard and attached patio off the kitchen. There have been updates and still are updates being made but the house can be partially furnished or you are welcome to bring your own furniture. I can also share photos via text. The rent is a range depending on a couple different factors and it ranges from $1450-$1750.
About the roomies
There is a family of 2 that live there now but will be moving out. I am looking for 3 different individuals to rent the rooms (one has an e suite bathroom) or a family. If you’d like to rent the entire house yourself the range of rent would be $1450-1575.
