About the room

Room Available in East Davis, furnished or unfurnished. Seeking non-smoking, single female to live in my house with me and other housemates. Starting in July 2026

The bedroom is on the second floor with south facing windows overlooking the backyard trees and greenbelt. The bedroom has a common bathroom, shared with the female housemate across the hall, but you have your own sink. The total number of people in the house is four. But mostly it’s a pretty quiet house, as everyone has different schedules.

The house has everything you need: full access to kitchen with all appliances, laundry room, and easy parking in front. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, Central Heating/AC, Washer/Dryer, We also already have a cat in the house, so no additional pets please. The neighborhood is safe and the house is within walking distance Target, local parks and the bus stop. I’ve been renting out rooms in my house for over 20 years and I am used to people of all ages and backgrounds.

About the roomies

I am a retired lab scientist from UCDMC and am looking for someone who is outgoing, and would enjoy living in a family atmosphere with myself and two other female housemates, and our cat Sadie. We have a variety of ages, so all are welcome.
