About the room
This is one bedroom in a 3 bedroom/2 full bath ranch house. Huge fenced in backyard with both front and back gardens. 3 Off street parking spots as well as garage storage.
When you enter, there are 5 steps upstairs and 5 steps to go downstairs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with full closets, a full bath with tub and rain shower, a hallway coat closet, a large living room with bay window, a large newly remodeled kitchen with all electric appliances and large fridge with ice maker and filtered water. Off the kitchen is a small back mud room that exits into the large backyard with moveable fire pit, plenty of camping equipment and chairs, and large garden area.
Cannabis and vape friendly, anything else must be consumed outdoors, responsibly. The mud room has four windows and I am remodeling it to have a sitting area for such things.
My dog is a 75lb rescue and my two cats are very very very fluffy. No more animals (exceptions are possible) especially mammals.
Located two minutes walk from the bus stop, less than a mile from Lowell General, just a few miles from UMass North Campus, right by a Market Basket and a short walk to the river.
Laundry in basement. Everything is powered by solar. Only bill will be heat/hot water monthly ($40 in summer, $100 in winter depending.)
About the roomies
Tucker: I am a 30 somethings LGBTQ person who works for the DOT as well as an artist. I tend to work 5-5 and otherwise primarily reside in the downstairs area of the home.
I love true crime, board games, nintendo, lego, hiking, camping, cooking, and various crafts. Iβm an introverted extrovert, would love to be friendly with roommate(s) and have a good vibe! I am gluten free and sober from alcohol - both are importantly to me. I moved in February of 2022!
Virgil: I am a 20s something male working for UMass Lowell. My family recently moved to the area so I spend a lot of time with them and appreciate that they can come cook and garden at the house sometimes. I like to play DnD, tons of other games, and I moved in around October of 2024.
Samuel: I am a young male professional currently excelling at a career in extermination services - so donβt worry about any mice or bugs around here! I like video games, am always down to hang out or cook or walk the doggo, and I moved in December of 2024.
Roomie that is leaving: Awesome young lgbtq female attending graduate school. She knew she only needed a place temporarily before settling in since moving cross country! She was great, we will definitely be having her over for food and gardening this summer :)
