There are two furnished rooms available in my home and I am presently looking for quiet and calm/nice female renter. There is a shared entryway, shared bathroom and shared eat-in kitchen. Of the two furnished rooms, the left room is $750/month and the right room is $700/month. First, last month’s rent, and one month’s rent security required at signing. The lease will be month-to-month for the first two months with the option of a 6-month lease following, or the continued month-to-month agreement. This would be a great opportunity for the tenant to provide flexibility without the obligation of long-term contractual commitment. Utilities are available (heat, water, , trash and sewer, electricity, gas for kitchen, and Wi-Fi) for an additional $150. There is off-street parking. I am quiet, kind, fair and honest. I prefer a clean, tidy and quiet home. I will share the bathroom and kitchen with you but won’t otherwise be a significant presence. Hence, I would prefer a roommate who is also clean, tidy, honest, responsible, courteous and have a high standard of personal integrity. No smokers or drug-users. No pets and extended visitor stay (~2 days) or parties. This is not a home for people who enjoy hosting/entertaining, loud music or have regular over-night guests (over night guests are not allowed without the permission of the landlord). Violation of these terms will subject the lease to immediate termination for the month. In summary, everything totaling either $900 or $850 depends on the room chosen which includes a furnished room, house amenities (heat, water, trash and sewer, electricity, gas for kitchen, and Wi-Fi), and a car parking lot.
