I am a full time mother of 2 who works from home primarily. I have a 2 bedroom apartment with very little communal space available, shared kitchen and bathroom. Children share a room, the whole place is almost fully furnished. Stocked with kitchen appliances and I usually cook, clean on my own as I’ve been living on my own for 15 or so years. Very easy considerations and accommodations. We’re all low key and happy, let’s just respect each other and be friends. Easy to live with, obvious considerations should be made for children and the subsequent disturbances they can cause, that said we can all get along too. I have my child/work situation on a scheduel works for me. I am willing to provide the master bedroom or convert the remainder of the home to loft like space. Renters preferences can be accommodated.

Ideally looking for someone who is chill, can understand living with a small family, likes kids, is courteous and considerate. Communication and honesty about living together is a must.
