Hey there, my name David. I’m a 34 year old guy from Austin, TX originally, but now currently living in my new home in New Braunfels, TX. I’m a college professional, I do work remote. During my free time, I’m usually working on home projects, working out / running, shooting some pool, being outdoors, going country dancing, playing some video games, watching sports or going to sporting events, having some drinks with good friends (Socially), or getting together with my family.

Expectation of Roommate I believe in mutual respect, I would like a roommate who looks after their things and respects all the items in the shared spaces (living room, kitchen, couch, tv, dining room, etc). I’m a pretty organized clean guy and I hope that my roommate is the same. I gladly welcome young professionals or college seniors who are fiscally responsible paying rent on time and don’t vandalize the home.

Have another roommate ( personal friend) so the bathroom will be shared.
