I have a room available for rent in my townhome starting April 1st! I’m looking for a roommate (women only) to rent out the spare bedroom in my townhome. You would have access to the entire townhome which is fully furnished, you’ll only have to furnish the room you will be renting out. It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 townhome style condo so the bedrooms are on the upper lever. I have a full sized washer and dryer, central air and a cute little outdoor space for the summer time. The community I live in also has a heated outdoor pool and is an HOA community, so they take care of mowing the grass, shoveling snow, raking, and all other outdoor related tasks. There is a parking lot with many spots and also a spot in the garage if you prefer - all included in the price. It is GREATLY located with easy access to pretty much anywhere in the de Denver Metro area. I do work from home but my schedule is pretty flexible and I am hardly home so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time. Rent is $1100 utilities included.

I am 31 years old and have been living in the area for 4 years. I am a marketing manager and am super tidy and do value cleanliness, respect, and good communication. In my free time I love shopping, girls night out or in, traveling, staying active and spending time with my family.
