The room has shared Living area and Kitchen with other guests. It is furnished with King size bed. The price is $1,500 for couples. Shared Amenities include: -Living Room -Main front door. -Living Room with Smart TV -Dining Room -Full Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances (Full size refrigerator -Washer/Dryer -Street Parking for guests (No assigned parking). -WiFi -Deck Note: If additional rooms requested please contact me. For now we have 3 Bedrooms. Additional Rooms which have extra shared bathroom, are charged separately ($1,100 per room all furnished).
About the roomies
Currently no roomies! But all applicants will be background checked and vetted. There will be no pet, no smoking policy. Quiet hours will be observed by all roomies!
