Close to fast food places and coffee shops. Since I been here no serious major issues. Quiet. I keep to myself anyway. 5 seconds to river access, about 20 seconds to freeway

About the roomies

$400 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO MOVE IN Willing to split deposit into to payments

Possible willing to negotiate a monthly price if what I am asking for is too much. Anything over $125 on SMUD would require half.

Looking for respectful, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, honest, fun, caring, safe, clean, good sense of humor etc. I’m laid back. Not looking for anyone that love problems or currently having significant other problems. Don’t need negative energy.

As for renting a room please keep company to very minimal. For 1st month or two NO overnight guest unless we have talked about it.

Rent is late after the 3rd. It’s a $60 late fee.

Also remember you just renting a room. Don’t need/want anyone moving in trying to change/run things.

Other than that, you would be renting a room from a fun great, respectful, caring, clean roommate!

Pets are not on my lease. If I allow you to bring then I would require a $200 deposit. Always willing to discuss. So what you read and don’t like let’s talk about.

Please be a clean person. Please always clean up after yourself once you done cooking, comb/cutting your hair, after bathing/showering etc.
