Newly built condo that was recently renovated. Gated community - really small. Quiet and calm. Really close (5 mins or less) to downtown SB, the 215 (5th Street/SB Airport) and the 210 (Del Rosa).

Master Bedroom for rent! The master features Mountain Views, wood floors, and a huge bathroom. Ideal study setup with a desk, whiteboard and mini fridge. Room will come mostly furnished - the former roommate is still deciding on what to take or leave. Single occupancy. Overnight guests and partners are okay to visit but they shouldn’t be here all the time.

No other cats or dogs please. We have two cats but they are not open to other animals in the house. We have a permanent cat fence in the hallway so you will need to be careful closing and opening it. You can hang out with the cats too if you like cats!

Full use of house. Wifi. Washer and Dryer in unit. You will share in mild cleaning of the common areas every 3 weeks. Condo-only parking on the side for you and plenty of guest Parking in the front. HOA rules will be shared and must be followed.

Bills are separate and will be split equally between us three. Bills are water, gas, trash, WiFi and electricity. Average bills run between $50 to $80 a month and are a little higher in the summer. The AC Unit is new and mid 70s tends to be cool, but not freezing to keep costs down.

My partner and I are living full time in the condo. All of us are professionals working in the area/attending graduate school. This means it is often quiet and people are studying. We would prefer another person in grad school/healthcare who understands our studying schedule. We are friendly and quiet but also enjoy ourselves during down time. 2 Cats in the house.
