This is a completely detached guesthouse from the main house. It was initially renovated to use as Airbnb but decided we want a longer tenant instead, so it’s a fully furnished apartment. Ideally looking for someone that need a short term stay (3-6 months), but open to longer.
Best of all is the location - walking distance to west lake train station, and only 10-15 mins to like CNN center, Ponce, airport, etc.
It is also street parking only but in a very quiet neighborhood, most people on our street have lived for generations, so you will have no issues finding parking.
Again- full one bedroom. Open concept with living room and kitchen, sep bedroom, sep bathroom. Appx 400sq foot. You also get your own in-unit laundry and a shared backyard with a deck and a built in fireplace
This unit is the downstairs level of a detached guest house. There is one unit downstairs and one unit upstairs, and they are completely separate. The two units do not connect in any way and each has its own private entrance. ALL utilities included in price.
