It is a new gated community located between Rosecranes Ave and Van Ness Ave, just 2 miles away from SpaceX. It has landscaped walkways throughout the community, and a BBQ area at the back of the community. Plenty of visitors parking on a first come first served basis. All units have solar panels, smart front door lock using fingerprint, nest thermostat, and ring doorbell with camera. It is the BEST residential community near SpaceX!

Currently available is the semi private studio on the 2nd floor. It is separated from the common areas with full height black-out curtains. It is fully furnished. You have a queen size bed with medium firm mattress, a leather couch, a computer desk, an office chair, a 75” TV, and a few side tables. You have your own half bathroom on the same floor. You will use the shower space in the shared bathroom on 3rd floor.

There are visitors parking inside the community but HOA doesn’t allow residents to park there. So you will need to find offsite parking.

It is a 4 bed 3.5 bath detached townhouse near the back of the community, which is quieter than those located in the front due to less traffic. It is also quieter than other attached townhouses because it doesn’t share any common walls with its neighbor. Most importantly, this is a brand-new house!

Altogether 5 people will be sharing this house. The 4 current housemates are all working for SpaceX. It is a month-to-month lease. No long-term commitment. You only need to give me 30 days advance notice to move out. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, trash, high-speed internet). Washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor that you can use. You have your own dedicated cabinets and counter space in the kitchen. All common areas such as the kitchen, dining area and balcony are all shared space. The Living Room has been converted into a fully furnished Studio which is the one currently available in this ad. It is separated from the common area with full height curtains and it is off-limit for other housemates.

We are looking for responsible housemates to share the house who must have a full-time job and will pay rent on time. You must NOT have any criminal history and NO eviction history. Salary above $75K per year is preferred. Credit score above 700 is highly preferred. No pet is allowed because the house is carpeted and not pet friendly.
