You would basically have the run of the house and would have full access to the entire house not just the room you are renting out Very safe neighborhood with easy access to 73 and grocery, gas and shops

• I am a single, male, working professional in the pharmaceutical industry- I just turned 60 in July(ugh!) but am still extremely active- hike, swim, and I work full time remotely out of my home office. I do travel for work from time to time but most days I am home all day. • I am a very clean, quiet, responsible and considerate individual who does not smoke, do drugs or even drink nor am I into the bar or OC social scene at all • I have 2 small 10lb very loveable and affectionate fur babies- a yorkie and a morkie- but as I said I am very clean and have a housekeeper come once a week to clean so my place does not smell like dogs at all I am looking for a responsible female, considerate, clean minded, mature individual.
