Hi, a private bedroom is available in a 5 bed, 3 full bath 2-story home located on Panama and Old River. Included are weekly cleanings of shared bathrooms and common areas. Access to kitchen (cabinet space, pantry space, and refrigerator space will be divided equally), Dining, and Laundry (washer/dryer) included. Water, sewer, garbage, Fiber internet, AC, electricity, and pest control included. The house will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, hand/dish soap, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, and cleaning wipes on a monthly basis.
Background and credit check required.
All housemates are professionals/students who are background/credit checked. Everyone is respectful of the common areas, one another’s work schedule and use of common appliances(stove, oven, washer/dryer, etc.), and cleans up after themselves.
