Nestled in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood, this cozy bedroom offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. Located on a private street, you’ll enjoy plentiful parking right outside the home.

The suite features its own separate entrance on the side of the house, ensuring complete privacy from the main residence. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom for your exclusive use. Just outside the room, a small kitchenette provides a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for light meal prep or morning coffee.

The room comes fully furnished. Utility bills and internet are included in the rent.

There is no shared living spaces like a living room, laundry, or kitchen. It is set up similarly to a hotel room.

There is a laundromat down the street which also offers fluff n fold service. DoorDash is also great in Laguna Beach.
