Security cameras, off street parking, unrestricted (no permit needed) street parking. Small dogs ok. High speed fiber WiFi reaches entire house and yard. Printer/scanner available. Smart tv has prime and Hulu, I rotate streaming services depending upon what shows I watch. New heat pump with AC. Roomba, Miele, wet/dry vacuum and cleaning supplies.

The main house is shared with one person, 48F and an 8lb yorkie mix. We (the dog comes to work) split WFH and in office locally. I’ve lived in the bay area for 23 years. Originally from the east coast. I like to cook and can be a bit of a homebody. I enjoy yoga, meditation, dance, and making art. The backyard is shared with 65M who paints, gardens, bikes long distances in beautiful places, travels and plays the guitar.
