Three rooms within the house are available. Prices of rooms are $650, $700, and $800, and scale by size (as does the security deposit, willing to discuss). One shared full bathroom, and one shared half-bath. Shared access to all common facilities (laundry/storage, kitchen space and appliances, living room, parking, and yard).

House is just over 20 years old, in great condition, clean, and with many new appliances. Located in a small, exclusive community (The Villages at Furnace Branch). Access to RT-10 is very close, as well as shopping. Two dedicated parking spaces to the property are located in front of the house, as well as central island parking for overflow/visitors.
