Shared kitchen on main floor. All smoking is done out side of the house (I’ve been a smoker for over 20 years and have never smoked in my own home, this is non-negotiable, no matter how cold it is outside). Vaping is acceptable in the privacy of your own room, not public spaces. Driveway & street parking is available. Broadband Internet access available, but no cable TV (cord-cutter setup instead, but you are welcome to get your own cable subscription, the house is wired). House & kitchen cabinets are mostly empty, plenty of room for folks that need space for their own stuff.

Note: Will add an additional 50$ for couples to compensate for additional utilities of 2 people.

3 roomies: On second floor with master room; 1 adult male (47, owner). Computer professional, works from home most days and travels for work periodically. 1 teen male with an old indoor/outdoor cat (18, owners son). Just completed High School and is seeking college between video games. Time is split between mom and dads homes, works weekends and some evenings.

Basement level; 1 adult male (29, tenant) & 1 adorable large goofball of a dog. Diesel mechanic, works a swing shift so isn’t home most evenings, but is also a day sleeper so the house is kept quiet all day. Keeps to the basement mostly.
