Absolutely no Pets, no children’s cannabis mush be smoked on any the out side on the deck $25 a month extra for WIFI no children at all, no cannabis unless you do it outside or on the deck, no Internet. it is not a furnished room but it has a tv and WIFI ,You would need to get a bed for the room, bigger room has a bed in it, but nothing else unfurnished , rooms a ready for move-in Dec 1 2025, you would need to order a background check or drivers license or PA ID card before moving need your drivers license. contact me if interested.
