Looking for a tenant to rent a room on the upper floor of my house. (8 Bedroom, 2 bath house)

Rents include utilities (Power/Gas, water, internet, Trash/Recycling) and parking.

Located near Newell Park, Midway Saint Paul. Just south of the Fairgrounds and west of Hamline University.

Only Two other full-time tenants there full-time (35M and 30M). We are fairly nerdy people and host regular game nights if that’s your jam.

Shared kitchen, bathrooms, Gaming room, workout room ect. Large deck/Backyard.

No smoking inside, no hard drugs. Pets are a case by case acceptance.

Myself and another two guys named Kevin and Connor.

Chill, working men in early 30s. We host game nights and play disc golf regularly if that’s your thing.
