Renting an (unfurnished) room in a Rancho Cordova home. You would be living with other housemates. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and family-living room are shared living areas. Looking for A MALE OVER 40, (NON-SMOKER AND NO ALCOHOLICS! Little to no drama would be nice, life has its own drama. There are friendly dogs, that BARK, so it is preferred that there are no more pets. There are children who visit frequently, they are NOT very quiet when here, but they listen and are well mannered. If you’re alright with the imperfections of this home and what life hands you? You would be a great fit! There’s wifi and tv access in every room.
There is a saltwater dipping pool, which is seasonal and not always available.
Please be able to provide proof of income and credit worthiness. As well as references. Rent is $800, includes utilities. (w/rent & $400 deposit). If this sounds like a place you might be interested in living please contact me.

Looking for a man who is self sustaining and respectful of others in the household. Keeps things picked up and clean. Rent must be paid on the due date. Washer and dryer are available (but not promised) on premises. Parking is provided. Requirements: sign a rental agreement, and rental insurance. Must like children and be tolerant of them, as well as dogs who do bark. Being helpful around the kitchen and keeping the bathroom clean is required. Being kind is very appreciated.
