Seeking a possible roommate for sharing a raised ranch home on three acres. They would have an entire floor to themselves for basically a studio apartment with his or her separate entrance. It was recently refinished with recessed lights, one side is presently a living room and kitchenette. The other side a bedroom. Be good for someone looking for something cheaper than a one bedroom apartment. Tenant would have access to a washer and dryer located in this area. Forty minutes from Hartford and twenty minutes from Middletown. Close to a lake in town, many hiking areas, close to Glastonbury. Cute coffee shops and boutiques. Area is great for someone who enjoys the outdoors!
