Newly furnished room, with an excellent location between lawrenceville and sugarloaf. 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the Northside Hospital Gwinnett, Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Use of all common areas of the house. With services Laundry Wi-Fi and parking included, if you want to move in with your partner a extra $100 will be add it to the price.
About the roomies
we are calm, friendly people, we try to make everyone in the house feel that they are in a safe space. The house is shared with 2 more people , a contract is signed where coexistence, respect and cleanliness of the common areas of the house are the most important. This is done for the safety and comfort of all roomies. The contract has a duration of 3 months to start with the possibility of renewal, If you have any questions, just send me a message and I will respond you as soon as possible.
