Amenities: First floor-level laundry one shared kitchen, and five versatile bonus rooms These can be used for living, dining, home office, or recreational purposes. Cozy shared spaces, perfect for relaxing or working from home.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy a large, fenced-in yard—great for pets! There’s also behind-the-house parking, with garage parking option becoming available soon.
Upcoming Improvements: The side porch will be redone in the coming months, along with other exterior enhancements. These renovations are planned to be minimally invasive and will not interfere with access to the house.

Currently there’s 1 female tenant and their doggo. They are gone most of the time at work. The dog is a small/medium Shiba Inu. Very chill and friendly and does his own thing.
