Our home is a comfortable and relaxed space where we value mutual respect and privacy. While we each mind our own business, we also maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re an introvert or more social, we are seeking someone who is kind, responsible, and clean-both in personal areas and shared spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

Attached are photos of the property, along with a virtual display of the room you’ll be renting. The right bathroom sink and cabinet would be yours including a bottom drawer. You will also have cabinet storage in the hallway right next to your room where you can store whatever you’d like, I currently put blankets, towels and my detergents in there. The room is currently occupied, so to respect my privacy, only a virtual display is provided for now until I move out but I’m sure you’d love it, especially for the price.

We’re a friendly, respectful, and an easygoing household. Everyone does their own thing, but we get along well and keep the apartment positive and comfortable. We also share basic household items like cleaning supplies and paper products. We keep things laid-back-just clean up after yourself within a day or so, and be considerate of shared spaces. Overall, it’s a chill, comfortable place to live where you can feel at home without any awkwardness.
