With nearby conveniences like malls, colleges, Fresno airport, university, college, Walmart, Costco, urgent care and big-box stores. You have your own entrance, own bathroom. In front of your room is a green garden. The house located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

You will be by yourself most of the time because your space is isolated from the landlord space. You may sometimes see us in the garden or the front yard. We are a couple working full-time.
