Quiet location close to food, bars, highways, backroads, and newly renovated shower and bathroom you would rent. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. There is a dog park. Great wifi 6 and ethernet connection in the room, 2TB fiber network.

Total sqft is 1311, currently listing the home for sale but the market is bad. I am looking for a month to month renter and willing to lower the price. It is unfurnished so im expecting someone looking for short term. You will know everything going on with the selling

You will have your own private bathroom and my guests will use my bathroom. Have a bunch of appliances and cooking ware you are welcome to use. New washer, dryer, dishwasher. No carpet in the house. Smarthome, a lot of the home can be controlled by voice and tablets.

All I ask is you are clean, guest of course welcome.

Pretty quiet person, I work Mon-Fri as a engineer and then I travel with a Female DJ from time to time on the weekends who I also work for.

Grew up in a house of woman and LGBT, and with Korean/Chinese people. Its been a weird life and willing to swap stories. I cook a lot of asian food so if the smell bothers you I am probably not the roommate for you. Grew up working in a family kennel so I love animals.

Can be a little nerdy, though I keep to myself. Go to raves sometimes, but most of my free time I either paint, game, or just watch movies in my room.
