About the roomies

Older male that just needs rental monies coming in to help pay the darn taxes and insurance on the property… This is not a place to make monies as the last tenant thought she could wash/dry/fold others laundry…kinda gave it away when single person washed clothes every day and water usage shot up to 6000 gallons a month…lol
