Our home is a cozy 3-bedroom ranch with 2.5 bathrooms, a large basement, washer/dryer, and hardwood floors! We are located right by 696 and a short drive east from downtown Royal Oak. Rent for the available bedroom is $550 (not including utilities).
About the roomies
My name is Emily, and I’m moving out of this house at the end of June. You would be replacing me/moving in with my current roommates! Meredith and Katelyn are in their twenties, so they would preferably like to add another female roommate who is a similar age. They’re fairly laid-back and quiet, but enjoy the occasional late night game night! Katelyn has a medium sized dog who is adorable and friendly, but they are not looking to add anymore pets. We are not open to couples and prefer women in their twenties/similar age.
