Hi! We have a private room available in a spacious, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house. Rent is currently $850/month, and all utilities are included. A queen-sized bed and nightstand (not pictured) are also available if desired. The current residents are all working professionals, and we have a dog too - pets are welcome! To move-in the base security deposit is $850.

Laundry is onsite, as well as a furnished kitchen, living room, etc. All common areas are professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis. There is lots of street parking, and a wonderful city park across the street.
