Your own Private Full-sized Bathroom is just outside the bedroom in the hallway. Hallway comes equipped with a sheer Privacy curtain, Hall-tree/Coat rack, Wall hooks for jackets/purses/hats, Mini-Fridge, Tea/Coffee area with coffee maker and Trash can for your convenience. There is an additional Service/Storage closet in the hallway as well. Home is equipped with a Ring security system and devices.

Renter will have access to Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. Fridge and kitchen cabinet shelf space provided if requested. There is ample street parking and a Community Pool.
