This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with off street parking, directly in front of front door. Quiet neighborhood, in unit washer and dryer, central heat and air, full kitchen with dishwasher and individual space within fridge. Bathroom is shared with only one additional person. I am looking for a mature, quiet, clean and respectful professional for a minimum 1-year stay. To keep the living environment comfortable for everyone, this is a single-occupancy room (no couples), with no pets allowed. Applicants must be strict non-smokers (in general, not just inside the house).
Owner: 46-year-old female who has owned the home since 2012. I work from home (M-F), am social and friendly, but also values my quiet time and personal space. Other roommate: Female who works locally at a hotel and is typically home 4–5 nights per week.
