Welcome to our cozy rooming house in the heart of the Lakeview Garden community, located in the Whitehaven area near Horn Lake Rd and Holmes Rd. We have one room available in this comfortable 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

The available room comes fully furnished with a full-size bed frame, a plush mattress, and a drawer chest, making it a perfect move-in-ready option. The home is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, dining table, and comfortable living room furniture. You’ll have access to high-speed WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent.

For your convenience, we offer wireless entry through the carport and front door, and the room itself also features a wireless keypad entry. There’s covered parking available under a two-car carport, adding an extra layer of comfort and security.

The rent is $200 per week, due every Friday, which covers your stay from Friday to Thursday. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a convenient, all-inclusive rental in a friendly community.
