About the room
Hi, my name is Emma and I currently live with my boyfriend in IV. We want to renew the lease for next year and we’re looking for 2 tenants (couple accepted). Your room would have a bathroom shared with the other tenant. We are clean and tidy but not crazy about it. Absolutely 420 friendly. Emma is a student at SBCC who plays volleyball, likes to cook and loves animals. She is easy going, extrovert and always looking for a chat. Selim (Emma’s boyfriend) is a full time worker in Goleta, who plays hockey, and surfs. He likes to talk about cars and cannabis industry, and he will try to start a business with you if your ideas are good enough.
