The room is one of a three bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, bright, and private. There is shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and super convenient. We live only 4 blacks from the 7, E, F, R, and M trains. We are only 20 minutes from the city by any of those trains. The streets are always well lit at night, so it’s never intimating to come home to. Just on this block (without crossing a street) is a laundromat, two mini grocery stores, a chinese food place, a deli, a tailor, and more. In the neighborhood there are multiple restaurants, stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and banks.

Roomies-wise, it’s just me and my brother. We both work 5-6 days a week, so neither of us are home too much. We can both be kind of to ourselves, but definitely not unfriendly. We’re both clean, but not clean-freaks. Really just looking for someone who will respect the place. We do have one cat, so if allergies are an issue, I’m sorry.
