This is a non-smokers house We have a washer and dryer in our house. Filtered water. We do have a dog and will be getting a cat.
Parking spots in the backyard.
Restroom is shared.
All utility is included with the rent.
Rent is due 1st of the month via check. First Month & one month security deposit upon moving in.
We have not yet bought any furniture for the living room but will be buying them in early May.
$1,200- Large room Dimension 17ft 4 inch x 11 ft 9 inch + walk-in closet
