1st, this is similar to an Airbnb as I have had nurses, travellers, and friends rent throughout the years. So there have been some pretty cool roomies come and go through here, which is why I typically keep the rooms up at all times for bookings unless I have a longer staying roomie. I often am told to adjust the pricing even by roomies and do so as “hotel like” features. Further the location is walking distance from the amphitheater, a golf course, park, downtown, the Cross Isurnace Center Events, etc. During peak timings, pricing might be affected so feel free to ask about reoccurring rates if youre in Maine often!

Also, the local area is booming with events, local delights, a speak easy, waterfront walkways, local town events but still seem like the city life so city and town in 1, etc. In fact, there is a Blueberry Hill close, Maple Syrup events, Acadia (a bit further), art events, comic stores and events, safe and clean so fresh air, highly recommend Orno Bogs, historic downtown with longevity for store fronts, etc.

4 bedroom home. Close to everything downtown. Nice floor plan, some lands for planting, and great neighbors/neighborhood. I am also remodeling and have even upgraded windows so the house isn’t chilly in the winter! Bedrooms also feature their own wifi hookups and key locks so you can lock it when youre here or leave, but I always have the Master Key and backups. :)

We have gardens, art, and enjoy having fun. Our house has one room rented like Airbnb and part time residents. We’ve had several part time residents now and they helped decided the cost of rent as well, so youre getting what you pay for.

$75 a night or weekly rates available. $200 a week. $750 is the monthly rate for the room with a walk in closet 800 for the other room. We also keep the household cleanliness as important so all pitch in. Feel free to respond via email with questions or cost! We keep up with messes and expect others to too :) Further, we do smoke weed but utilize gadgets to keep the place smoke free. We enjoy diffusers, incense, homemade fragrance sprays, etc. So feel free to enjoy creating, helping, or keeping a garden or pots around the premises or indoors!

1 room has a walk in closet and the other is larger but a regular closet size. I request 1st months rent before moving in. I accept PayPal, venmo, cash app, zelle, cash, travellers checks, money orders, etc.
