Hello, I’m looking to rent out my small bedroom in Raytown with shared bathroom to a mature/ responsible adult. (bathroom shared with part time roommate). Comes furnished with dresser in small walk in closet, queen bed, TV on desk and recliner. Can be arranged as you like. Access to laundry, gym, seasonal pool, kitchen and living room.

All utilities included and several streaming services as well.
$700 month with weekly payment option available. $500 deposit. No drugs, drama or animals. I do have dogs that don’t have access to upstairs where the bedrooms are. No kids, drugs or parties in general.
About the roomies
Me 49F in private bed/bath 32M in private bed/ bath. You share bath with 60+ M who is part time.
