About the room
Private room with shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. You will have full access to the Kitchen and washer and dryer. Living room is off limits during the day as I work from home. After 5pm and weekends access to the living room. We have cats and dogs so you can’t be allergic to cats or afraid of dogs. You will be responsible for 1/3 of the gas and electric bill. I pay the water and trash. We would like a single older female. No couples. If you are younger and responsible (I will check) Then I will consider you.
About the roomies
I am a young 58 year old female that works from home and travels for work occasionally and gone almost every weekend to go down the hill and play music or see my grandbaby. I am currently in 2 bands. My other female roommate is 68 years young and is actively out and about during the day. She is disabled but is still very active.
