We have a furnished bedroom with a large walk-in closet. Separate bath, kitchen and eating/living area shared with one other person. We are in Steilacoom, close to JBLM. The rent for active military is $750/month with the deposit reduced to half the regular deposit ($375). Any length of stay is all right with 30 days notice. Our current renter is being redeployed.

Kitchenette, bathroom and family room are shared with one other person. Shared spaces are professionally cleaned once a week at no additional cost.

We are comfortable people to live with, friendly but also busy. Homeowners are a computer programmer and an (online) high school math teacher. Our hobbies are playing the bass, sailing, gardening and swimming. We have two non-shedding standard poodles.
