The property is located in a very nice, safe and quiet in the town area. The house is also very quiet and peaceful for relaxing or sleeping time even during the day time, There is only one entrance (main house entrance) The room is a decent size and has a large closet. There is big full bath that will be shared with another person. The kitchen is set it up in garaj with a refrigerator, microwave and toaster and can be updated with tenant’s preference cooking pot(s) for the meal. Central AC for summer time. The parking is on the street. Walking distance to the bus, train station food shopping. All utilities included and free wifi.

I’m looking for very responsible person, quiet and respectful. I don’t allowed friends or boyfriend to visit or sleep over.
