This is a nice, clean townhouse off Pechanga Parkway. The room is furnished, but I can rent an unfurnished room if you prefer. You would have the room to yourself and have a bathroom to yourself. If there are guests, they may use the bathroom, but I try to keep them out and using mine instead. You will have access to the kitchen and common areas and would be expected to clean up after yourself.

This is a gated community with a pool and hottub. There are community walking paths and playgrounds and public parks close by. Close to the freeway, groceries, Old Town, Temecula Valley Hospital, and Pechanga Casino and a short drive from good hiking.

I am a healthcare professional who works full time at unpredictable hours. I tend to be quiet and soft spoken, but am friendly and easy going. On occasion I may have family visit for a week or so and they will stay in the third bedroom.

I am taking care to look for the right roommate. If being considered, we will meet and interview once or twice to be sure its a good fit. I’m happy to consider anyone as long as you are respectful and we can set some solid ground rules.
