This is a single story four bedroom property. The property is overall clean and quiet. Looking for someone that works daily away from home and is somewhat quiet out of consideration of others. Also looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is low-key and free from drama as we all are.
There is one bedroom with a shared restroom area. There is also one bedroom with its own restroom. Full access to kitchen, washer & dryer and ALL utilities included. Deposit $250 (refundable upon departure), one time cleaning fee $150 upon arrival (non refundable). No smoking,No pets, No Heavy drinking and No loud sounds (including TV/music). No overnight guests for safety reasons.
I typically work Monday -Friday. All current tenants are current travel nurses only. The house is extremely quiet and reasonably clean. Looking for a roomate whom works daily, quiet and likes to enjoy their own room while relaxing. Looking for someone who cooks minimally and cleans up after self.
