This is a 4BR 3BA home located in Mira Mesa near several shopping centers with a private pool. Amenities include all utilities, use of kitchen appliances, laundry room and one parking space in the driveway. The bedroom is extra large (20’ X 11’) can be semi furnished with bed and dresser or unfurnished, and the bathroom would be shared by one other person. We are friendly but respect each others privacy and do our own thing.

The owner is a friendly senior lady (that’s me) and my son has his own private room/bath upstairs. I have one young man in his 30’s who is a warehouse supervisor and a great tenant.
