Hi all!

I just moved in this amazing Greenpoint apartment! The apartment is located in one of the sweetest area in Brooklyn by McGolrick Park.

I am looking for a roommate to occupy one of the 3 bedrooms UNTIL SEPT. 1ST. I will be occupying the 2 other rooms (bed+office).

The apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor and the space is quite unique as you will have a double room that fit a king size bed + adjacent space which could be a lounge area/ own living room/ office space. The room has 3 windows, 2 big closets, and a private entrance. We will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom.

The laundromat is a block down by The park. Farmer’s market at McGolrick park is every weekend, Goldie’s bar and Palace latest hot spot are down the street. If you need A nice table, Selamat pagi or Dokebi are also around the corner.

The Nassau G is a 12 min lovely walk down the street or the B48 in front of the house.

$1550 all utilities included - First month + one month deposit to move in. Month to month agreement. sorry no pets. Can be partly furnished too if needed (bed, desk, credenza..)

Im a freelance photographer working on location a couple days a week or at home where i have my office. I like to hang out at the house or go out with friends. i also often stay at my boyfriend’s house.
