About the room
I live in a very nice, walkable neighborhood. Pool, tennis courts, basketball etc. Safe area, close to several highways, airport - only 10 min away, lots of convenient shopping.
My home has all the comforts. Outdoor patio, indoor 3-season room. Even though it’s a room in my home, the home is available for your use. The basement has its own kitchen, bathroom, and access to workout equipment.
About the roomies
I’m a WFH professor. I teach engineering and business courses. Non - smoking. I try to be healthy, like to cook, like to meet friends. Generally quiet in the evenings, in bed early.
I also have a mini labradoodle- she’s friendly, and doesn’t shed- she’s my buddy, and is generally quiet as well.
