There is 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom, shared apartment. It has 1 1/2 baths. You will mostly have the hall bathroom to yourself; however, the shower is in this bathroom so it will be shared for this purpose only. The kitchen and living area are shared space, as well. Your bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, an antique chest of drawers, and a vanity. There is a closet in the bedroom and a coat closet in the shared living space for your use.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal. The apartment has recently been renovated. Rent is all-inclusive including internet and utilities.

There is no laundry available in the apartment. The complex does have laundry available and there is a very clean laundromat with free dryers within a quarter-mile radius.

You are close to shopping and only about 10 minutes from 95.

I am an older, professional female. I work nearby. There is a resident cat and dog so you must be pet friendly. I might consider one additional pet depending on breed (restrictions in complex), if your pet is up-to-date on vetting and altered, and whether our pets are compatible.

I am tidy and am looking for someone who likes a clean, uncluttered living space. This is a drug and drama-free space. The apartment does not have space for live-in children.

As most of my family lives out of state, I may rarely have adult family in town for a few days.
