Hi there. I have a basement studio apartment available for rent starting April 1. It is 1100$ a month and that includes all utilities/wifi etc. It is mildly furnished. The studio apartment has its own private entrance accessed by sidewalk around the side of the home. It has its own private living space, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and a small bedroom. It is a month to month lease but I am looking for someone longer term. Please message me for further details.
